What we can help with
- Corrections
- The most useful thing you can send. If something in the guides is wrong, say so — we cite our sources precisely so that you can check them.
- The method
- Questions about brewing, terminology or equipment. If we do not know, we will say so rather than guess.
- Writing for us
- We are looking for a Levantine writer to source a terminology entry we have deliberately left open, and for readers from the traditions our guides name. Paid, and credited.
- Suppliers and roasters
- If you roast coffee and can grind to a powder fine enough for a cezve, we would like to hear from you.
What we cannot help with yet
- Orders. Nothing is for sale, so there is no order to look up, chase or refund.
- Shipping and returns questions. No terms have been agreed with a supplier — the shipping and returns pages list exactly what is missing and why.
- Wholesale. There is no wholesale offer. An earlier version of this site said otherwise and was wrong.
Who you are writing to
Jezwa is published by TOBIE LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. Josh Andrewlavage is the founder and, at present, the whole of it.
There is no postal address on this page yet. One is required on a food label and it will be published here at the same time it is printed there — not before, and not a placeholder in the meantime.
On response times
We are not going to tell you we reply within one business day. Every contact page says that and this one has no support process behind it to make it true.
What we will say is that mail to that address reaches a person rather than a form, and that corrections get answered first.
