Privacy
Right now this site asks you for nothing and measures nothing. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no account, no form and no cookie set by Jezwa. That will change when it starts selling, and this page will change with it, before that happens rather than after.
Who publishes this site
Jezwa is operated by TOBIE LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@jezwa.com.
Not decided yet Our registered address, registration number and the name of a privacy contact.
These are not published here because nobody has verified them against a current registry record. They will be added once that record is pulled.
What this site collects from you
Nothing that identifies you, and here is the specific list.
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no product-analytics tool and no session recorder in this site’s code.
- No advertising. No advertising or conversion pixel of any kind.
- No cookies from us. Jezwa sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No accounts and no forms. There is nowhere on this site to enter your name, email address or anything else.
- No font-host requests. The typefaces are served from this site rather than fetched from a font provider, so loading a page does not tell a third party that you visited.
What is stored in your own browser
If you add something to a cart, that cart is written to your browser’s local storage on your own device. It is not sent to us, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser storage deletes it. Today nothing can be added to a cart, because nothing is for sale.
What our host sees
This site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, it processes the ordinary information a browser sends in order to deliver a page — for example your IP address, the page requested, and your browser’s user-agent string. We do not use that information to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with anything else.
Not decided yet The retention period for host request logs, our host's data-processing terms, and the full list of sub-processors.
These depend on the hosting plan and contract, which have not been reviewed for this purpose. They will be stated here, with a link to the host's own terms, before the site takes an order.
Email you send us
If you email hello@jezwa.com, we receive and keep that message so we can reply to it, the same way any business keeps its correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list; there is no mailing list.
Not decided yet Which provider hosts our mail, and how long we keep correspondence.
To be stated once the mail arrangement is confirmed in writing.
When Jezwa starts selling
Checkout will be hosted by Shopify. That means payment card details are entered on Shopify’s systems and never pass through this site; this site will not see, handle or store a card number. Order information, shipping addresses and payment processing will be handled by Shopify and by the payment processors it uses.
None of that is switched on today. Commerce on this site is inert: the store is not connected, and nothing can be purchased.
Not decided yet The identity of our payment processor and fulfilment partner, and the privacy terms that apply to the data each of them receives.
No supplier, fulfilment agreement or payment processor has been selected. Each one will be named here before a single order can be placed.
Your choices and rights
Because we hold nothing about you, there is nothing for us to show you, correct or delete. If that ever stops being true, this section will say exactly how to ask. In the meantime you can clear the cart your browser has stored by clearing site data for jezwa.com in your browser settings.
Not decided yet A statement of your statutory rights, including under Oregon and other United States privacy law, and the process for exercising them.
This is a legal determination about which laws apply to Jezwa and when. It is being reviewed and will be written here rather than guessed at.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the foot of it changes. Read it again before you buy anything, which is advice we can give freely today because you cannot yet buy anything.
